Hey i was wondering how do you make animated pics? like forum avatars what program do you use like 1 picture move on to another pic and so forth
Image ready is for the nice shiny stuff, But I used Flash 8 to make mine.

Just to make simple gifs I use ulead gif animator and photoshop or whatever other graphics package you got (although it can all be done in photoshop, i'm jus to much of a nub to do it).
