Lots of grumpy old men complaining that their Guinness hasn't been poured properly.

That and Leprechauns prancing around pots of gold while eating potatoes and beating passers by with a shillelagh and blowing up Protestants. Lots of Gingers too but no snakes, thanks to an Englishman who came and got rid of them for you (I can't say much about that though - the patron saint of England is a Palestinian).
