i just bought this Logitech controller (very similar to PS2 controller) for my computer. Is it possible to configure it to Battlefield? the only problem is that i dont really know how to configure the mouse to the right joystick of the gamepad (much similar to Halo controls). So im not sure what to do. Any suggestions cuz it would be sweet if i could play with a controller.

or should i just stick to controller and mouse?

my crosshairs wouldnt close up becase the controller would make a slight movement, no matter how much i tried to adjust the deadband the crosshairs would never close up like they would if i were standing still, when i was a commander and i zoomed in the screen would just scroll on by thats how bad it was. Had to switch to a nostromo n52, and im just starting to get used to it, took me like 2 days but man its worth it

Sorry to backwash the general response, but honestly, controllers are void of the instant pinpoint accuracy that is required for games like this. A good example was F.E.A.R going from PC to 360, there were major differences in the aiming, ie; on pc, you kick ass, on 360, you suck it.

By the way, someone should just help this guy, if he wants to try this, why not help him? I would, but I'm clueless.

yea well i just think its funny that i suck at Halo on PC (sniping especially) whereas i kick ass at halo with a controller on xbox (sniping especially). so i thought there was hope for bf2 thats all...but whatever i guess ill stick to the mouse and keyboard
