I still say Sideshow Bob but out of those characers listed I'd have to say Mr. Burns.

Plus when he drowned in the bath in that Marijuana episode. Fuckin' funny. CMB FTW.

Oh my good god, how could you forget Hans Moleman!?! He is easily the: Best. Character. Ever. I especially liked the "We payed for blooooooooood!!!!!"(Lisa on Ice) quote and "Oh, my brains..."(Team Homer), oh, and... *etc.*

Ralph is the most best.
