I will use unlocks if I wish. I do use unlocks. It gives variety. Dont like it? Go complain to EA.

I usually play medic and AT, but I NEVER use G36E, only if I'm revived with it in my hands. All the sto SMGs sucks ass, so I use P90.

I generally use unlocks wherever possible, with the exception of my PKM on smaller maps. See, the PKM only really works from prone, but the defaults work from standing or crouched.
However, I HATE the default SMGs as AT, and can rack up kills with the DAO12.

I tend to only use the PKM on maps that don't require a lot of movement on foot. With the PKM, I can hold a point pretty much indefinetly until some twat with an M95 snipes me.

Also, anyone who whines about the unlocks being 'noobish' is an idiot who can't adapt. Much like all the infantry-only servers, hackers, stat-padders, vehicle whores, griefers, and people who complain at me for trying to actually WIN.

I have compared G36E and AK's in close quarter.
In that situation the G36E user need more skill to win.

At long range I agree, the G36 is stupidly accurate.

I use pretty much any weapon depending on the map/situation. My favorites though are the G36E and the L96A1. I love the AK-47, but there's very few Chinese maps where it's appropriate to be medic/assault. Songhua + AK47 = gold. Too bad there aren't many people who play that map on their servers.

As for unlocks being noobish...who cares? It's a game and we like to have fun. The unlocks are there, so use them. Pretty much everybody else does. If you need to prove how good you are with standard weapons that may not be as good, that's fine too. We play how we like to!

Three unlocks I use: L96A1, PKM, and G36C. Everything else is stock. I will not rag on someone who uses all the unlocks. They paid for the game. So they have the right to use whatever gun they want.

I like the stock guns more.
But I dont think of the unlocks as "noob" at all. I mean it's not like they shoot lasers instead of bullets.

I dont use unlocks personally, (M95 occasionally) but i don't mind if people use them. Although it annoys me when you see a half decent player turning to a noob gun (imo) like the G36e. I mean, what the fuck were they thinking when they made that gun?

But go ahead, use an unlock, chances are i will still come out on top.
