Can anyone give me a recommendation on a Gateway 22" Wide screen Flat-panel LCD Monitor (FPD2275W).

Specs:

Flat-panel LCD
700:1 contrast ratio
1650 x 1050 resolution
5-millisecond response
4-port USB 2.0 hub

I personally would not purchuse it, because I am not a Gateway fan myself.

Edit:  I also have not done enough research for LCDs.  If I had the money I would by Apple's Cinema Displays, but the 23" one is about 1000 USD.

Edit 2: Here is one from newegg.  Looks about the same compared to specs, and is 50 USD cheaper.

Samsung $379.99
Acer $324.99

I forgot to add my son has one and we were playing BF2 (lan party) for the weekend. It looked damn impressive to me.

lead.on.target  i would go with the acer dubbs recomended, its cheaper and yet has better specs then the samsung, the acer one is brighter and has i higher contrast ratio, which is good, if i were you i would go with the acer, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6824009102
