BF2S Forums Let's rename the 2142 section...

Dont think I mentioned either:

Bf2142 sucks
1.  Its a mod for bf2
2.  Theres no planes
3.  Futuristic combat sucks.

I also hate bf2142 because Dice took away things from bf2 for all of us.  I used to enjoy playing bf2 (which I still do now, but not as much), but now a lot of good people I liked/good servers I like have left and shut down to move onto a game.  They only gave bf2 players 1 year to play the game before making a new one with the same exact engine.

I have various other reasons to state why I and other people dont like bf2142, but I wont type them.

Dont like this?  Go to a 2142 forum where most people like the game.

The funny thing for like BF2142 for the reason you hate it.

1. POE2 is a BF2 mod.  BF2142 is not...  They have the same concept.  But if you think about it.  Then BF2 would be a mod of BF142/BFV.
2. Not everyone can fly a plane or likes to fly planes.  Some people like close combat and rifles...
3. May suck to you but I think it shows the creativeness of DICE.  They kept the gun reality based but made it futuristic.

And if i'm not mistaken BF2s.com is a universal URL meaning it will work just fine with BF2142...  So no need to go to another forum this place is just fine.  You just can't stand the fact that a game you hate so much is right near a game you love so much.

There are still plenty of threads about BF2. Just because 100% of them aren't about it doesn't mean the world is ending.

Damn. I guess the D&ST, Junk Drawer, BF2142, SF, EF, AF, POE2, Tech, BF2S Etc., Feature Requests, News, Help, and Sigtesting forums are all in my imagination, since obviously they're not BF2.

EA and DICE are companies. Companies need money to survive. Therefore, new game. And server operating costs money. If there's no one on your BF2 server but there's demand for a BF2142 server? You set up a BF2142 server. Screw the players, I wouldn't want to pay rent for an empty server, and neither do the admins.
