well, I found it frustrating, too.... So far I noticed, armour doesn't do shite.... If I wear heavy or light, I get knifed with same ease (if they get to me that is). The only weird thing is: I tend to collect more dogtags when I'm support AND wearing heavy armour (I don't really like the armour, I need sprint more).
For some reason, I can't collect as much dogtags when I'm a medic with light, or assault whatever you like to call it....
And then there's this weird universal karma limit I can't seem to cross... When I'm trying to get the badge, I can't get more then five kills and then the round is over.... frustrating..... But that's an entirely different story.

That's why I never knife. I got a total of 15 or 16 dogtags in 48 hours of playtime.
I just shoot people.

I don't even see a crosshair to let you know where you are aiming the knife. That's probably why I only have 2 dogtags right now.

i dont have many dogtags, cause i prefer to shoot the enemy.in the head.with a large caliber weapon.repeatedly. But yeh, when i do find a oblivious sniper, i end up having to knife him like 3 or 4 times. Just as bad as bf2's hit reg really, being practically the same game and so on.
