Hey I need some advice again. Righto I have an option, Dad has given me the option of; putting another 1gb ram in the pc or a new cpu. So what do you guys think.

My Specs
AMD Sempron 3000+ AM2 (dont laugh)
1 GB DDR2 Kingston
Nvidia 7600GS 512mb
500watt PSU
Motherboard=no idea I know its an asus which supports dual core.

So which should I get I am leaning towards a new cpu like this one

my vote also goes towards the cpu. its holding you back a lot. 1 GB of ram is not ideal but its still ok to run most games with. especially if you have a fastish HD the effects wont be so pronounced

Ok i can spend well up to $300 AU so anything around that mark a bit over doesnt matter. I cant get a core 2 which annoyed me a bit so i have to stcik with AMD.
