so I sent this video to recycle bin and emptied the bin, I tried system restore but I didnt get the file bak, I tried a few programs but they were all useless, any way I can get the video back?

Unlucky, did you defragment recently? Restoration found 50k deleted files (Emptied from the recycle bin) on mine.

I am thinking the system restore may have been detrimental to your effort. I know in XP nothing is truly deleted until those blocks are actually written over. When you use Restoration do a search for all files then sort them by date modified. Skim through the most recent. That is about all I can suggest. I cant see how a Sys restore may have written over it but I guess it's possible.[AH1z]PJ wrote:
