Looks like I am the third person here with Dalian as my favorite
Gulf of Oman for me.
Sharqi's my favorite, 308 hours, compared to 25 at Karkand, which was all within my first month of playing.
My username's churnedfortaste my favourite map is wake i lake karkand as well though, nothing wrong with it

How good you are at BF2 basically comes down to how well can you rape karkand as a medic. Everything else is some side quest that you may personally hold dear, but that hardly anyone gives a crap about (like flying jets, sniping, etc).
If you want me to support this statement, too bad, but go ahead and take a random sample of BF2 profiles and u will see that BF2 players democratically elect karkand and medic as their primary interests. this makes karkand and medic the primary arena of competition.
I can easily disagree with my own post here but if you guys have made a thread to glorify simply not playing karkand, then it sounds like you should be exposed to this extreme opposite viewpoint.
oh and one more thing: if your most played map is a special forces map, then you are probably a richie that likes unfair advantages. Just be aware that the average computer gets crap fps in SF, so if your computer can run it, and you are owning people, maybe they are just people with shit computers and no chance of winning.

mine is Wake Island....played it for 380 hours and 1700 times....
but nowadays i like some variety in the mapcycle....so both air + city maps are nice...my favourite maps are Daqing Oilfields/Dalian Plant/Gulf of Oman/Strike at Karkand/Sharqi Peninsula
only Daqing isnt played so much unfortunately...i dont know why there are so little servers that play Daqing 24/7
and by the way...Karkand only is for n00b losers that only play for stats not for fun...
Karkand is my second most played map but i still play alot of other maps...just for fun, not to get the biggest SPM and K/D ratio
it can never be fun to play one f*cking map 24/7

Dragon Valley 76:00:24 the best map ever ! 2 choppers 2 planes and lots of vehicles make dragon the best.
