Instead of the flurry of little explosives we have now, this is how I think it should be done.

It would be a system similar to this ^.
The commander could call in a rocket from a satalite or maybe from the titan. It would have two modes.
Standard warheads: these would cause one large explosion capable of completly destroying anything with in 5 meters of the blast. So this would require percise aiming. The explosin would take out any vehicle in 1 hit, and perhaps even take out commander assests.
1 missle for any vehicle.
Airburst warheads: these would explode about 30 feet in the air and rain down metal shrapnel. This feature would be ineffective against armored vehicles; however, completley devistaing to infantry and light vehicles. This feature would cover an area of about 30 meters and release non explosive metal shards, that would kill a soldier in one hit. A soldier has a small chance of surviving, it would have similar effects that orbital strikes currently have, except no splash damage.
1 shard to kill a person
3 shards to destroy an FAV
