I don't smoke anymore but it used to work & I was actually diagnosed with insomnia (which you probably would be too if you go to the doctors, that getting pissed about not falling asleep is a dead giveaway)

good question lol, yeah once you get tired over the course of the day you'll sleep very well, it seems you have extra extensive energy that your body does not burn so therefore you cant fall asleep go do something all day get into a routine then you'll sleep like a baby. Right now I dont sleep that much since I'm on brake but once brake is over real life starts .

Same i sleep rubbish when i havn't had bedtime Spliff you don't even remember the time between putting you head to the pillow and being asleep its great but when i don't smoke it does mean that i sleep worse so i don't know whether it its permanent solution.

I might take your advice and go test it out and see if it works if it does and helps me fall a sleep I'll karma you lol when I wake up.

I try to do that, but sometimes my eyes start to hurt because I actually go cross-eyed when focusing lol.

Think thats bad? Trying having to stay awake at a job or else you can get fired or seriously reprimanded for sleeping on the job lol. A couple of Monster XXL energy drinks sets me straight. I don't have any tips for falling asslep but I do know what its like to be plagued with insomnia.

Try drawing... it really works up your hand, and your body will eventually be forced to sleep.

Break your natural sleeping pattern, i've tried this and it works

If you cant get to sleep until 3am for example, then naturally wake up at 11am, set an alarm for something like 7am and make sure you get up

This 'resets' your body clock somehow and you'll be able to sleep at a normal hour

Give it a go, worked for me

This is good advice. I am also experienced in sleep deprivation.
I'm kind of a nature freak and I love to find a quiet place away from roads and people and listen to the wind and watch the clouds. The sound of a slow mountain stream is hypnotizing and imagining either or a combination of both puts me out.
You have to have something else to think about, and visulization is key.

^ This is true.. Having to work a 3-Shift pattern (different every week) you need to learn how to f**k ya bodyclock up just for work!
