A few years ago, the Indian government put a vote forward and it was basically "will we disclose what we know about UFO's to the public?" I can't recall if it was more aimed at UFO's (which aren't alien, but could be, just unidentifiable), or if it was aimed at more of releasing information they had on intelligent alien life. I think it was the latter.

I'm currently watching the first one, and whilst I wouldn't say that I believed in UFO's, the video is very interesting, and certainly raises interesting questions. I'd recommend watching it.

Just watch UFO files on the History channel. Then look up the files they mention there.
(cause hist. channel tends to bias towards UFO's being real, so when you look em up you get the full story/other argument)
