I have an 8800GTX in my new computer so I don't need any more video power but I didn't order a TV tuner card when I bought it (i don't think they had one or something) & I'm running Media Center 2005 which is pretty useless if you can't watch TV on it (i mean do people really open up a whole new application just to watch videos & look at pictures?).
I have an older Radeon All-In-Wonder card though with a TV tuner built into it, can I install that without screwing anything up or will it do some silly shit like downgrade my 8800GTX to be like the cheaper card?

As long as you don't try to enable SLI on the thing it should be fine. My concern is having both nVidia and ATI drivers on the same computer. Is that going to cause an apocalypse, burn the atmosphere right of the planet, or will your computer go Black Hole or even worse, Delta Wave us all. Oh the huge manatee! Oh the horror!...

Or it could work perfectly.

You'll have one tab for nVidia CP and one for the CCC, and games will (hopefully) detect and/or ask you which card to use. And no it won't reduce the performance of your precious 8800. Windows is smart (really, it is)
