Xbox wireless adapter.

Im having trouble with connecting to my router.

I have an Netgear DG834G version2 wireless router, with the latest firmware.
My wireless xbox adapter gives a constant greem light (meaning its connected to the router). When I test the connections though, I fail at the 'obtaining IP' part.

I have allowed it to try finding an IP automatically and I have done it manualy.

I have entered my WEP key correctly.

Now I dont know what else to try???

Any help would be very much apreciated.

Have you reset your router by unplugging it and the modem for a few seconds? You may have to do hard reset also on the router and try connecting temporarily without the key.

All fixed, I entered my wep key incorrectly. ......oops
