Was commander on Zatar. Spent round hiding in a DPV under the hanger. I was killed anyway, so after I respawned, I grabbed the PDV again and ran to the hanger. Unfortunatly, some idiot ran in my way, and I TKed him. That was the event that triggered the basic transport badge! That's right, I earned a badge from a TK!

Go to Wake Island, as USMC, grab a buggy, go to the airfield control point, drive around and run over Chinese people at the same time. Your earning time in a transport, and running over the Chinese at the same time! It can be that simple and fun!

I got mine in a boat too. Operation clean sweep if I recall. It's a lonnnnng boat ride from the American main base to the MEC main base.

I got mine near the end of a Gulf of Oman map. We had pushed the Marines off the gulf so I drove around the beach shooting choppers, boats and anything else that I could see. Good times.

It's not "padding" if you sit in a vehicle for 5 minutes. I got all my basic badges in one day I believe - or tried to. Just sat in a vehicle for a few minutes - when the requirements are so easy I'm not gonna reallybother contributing.
