My porn viewer has built up a lot of dust. I want to know what the best method for cleaning my pc would be?

I heard if you want to vacuum it, you need a static free vacuum. Is compressed air any good? Or is there any even easier way?

Yup. Compressed air. You can buy aerosol-cans of it relatively cheap - check your favourite online computer-bits supplier. Do NOT risk using a vacuum cleaner.

Tools:
Baby toothbrush
Reg toothbrush
Shop vac
Can of blow off

Use the brushes to clean off the dust in your fans (Case, CPU HS, ETC)

Use the air to blow the rest of the dust free.

Use the shop vac to clean everything up.

Tried and true.
