i try to make an account/log into one and i get the above quote. i do retreive nick and password and i go to log into that nick and password and it comes up with that above quote

i got this off of EA link

you can only make one account per CD key. thats why they created soldier names and whatnot.

edit: not sure but i think you can only log into your account from the machine with the original CD key.

Good luck with that they have a bunch of automated bullshit they make you search though to try to answer your question their tech support is worthless. With a unique problem such as that there is no FAQ that can cover it. its bullshit.
