I have been playing battlefield 2 and recently got the amount of points needed for staff sergeant , but it hasnt promoted me , can somebody help me ? {the amount of points for staff sergeant is 5000 , i have 5021 and im still a sergeant ?}
I suggest you search this forum next time before you post matey, but now that we are here... It takes some time when u hit 5.000 for the system to promote you. To keep it short, just wait for your promotion ingame, it might take like 4 hours or more. Dont worry, you ll get it.

I got that near 5100... keep going, or you earn twice chance to have it
I got the 5000 I needed whilst I was commanding, and for some reason the promotion didn't appear in game. I had to join and get a point before it showed up in game.
