Eh... not a bad band, still sound a little too emo for me to listen to.
How is LP emo ur gay lol
To me they sound a little emo. Only in some songs though. Also a majority of emo kids also listen to LP. But hey, I used to listen to them to, up until they released that album with Jay-Z. Thats then I just lost interest in them.

Yeah, I don't like their emo songs (as in Crawling, Pushing me Away, Numb). The emo kids who listen to it while /wristing also don't help the stereotype of LP's fanbase either. The JayZ album was OK... but meh. I'm sure this new album will bring them back to their former (at least in my eyes) glory.

Same with me haffey, I heard In the End once on the radio and was like "wtfhax that sounds good" so I looked up the lyrics to find the artist, heard their other stuff and though "PBPROOF HAX" and bought Hybrid Theory.

In the End was the exact same one that got me into them.  I personally loved Collision Course though.  I guess you either love it or hate it.

That's what's called Alternative.  Call it what you may, I think it's unique.
Actually alternative music is generally that which is not mainstream, bu there is room for debate there. I think it is unique to a point, but probably the best lable for it would be nu-Metal.

I have seriously gone off this whole nu-metal thing. Yes, it was cool when I was 16, but I'm not any more. And worst of all, my father likes them. As such, I refuse to listen to it.

Apart from the first album, though. That was good, such a shame the girl I lent it to didn't return it.

Is the new album coming with a free razor blade?
