It looks as though Fidel will live on in the guise of Chavez.

His manifesto was for serious consitutional changes and he received a healthy mandate: Cuba II is here to stay...

Good going Chavez...  Make sure that everything is state run.  We know how efficient things are when that happens.

I suppose he wants his country to end up like the U.S.S.R. did.  Cuba isn't exactly a good economic role model either.
