So, my friend had an old Sidewinder 3d Pro... My computer (laptop) lacks a game port, so i went to Radio Shack and bought a Game Port to USB adaptor...
Now, i was home, watching the football game, and i installed the joystick on my desktop, no problem... it runs XP...
so i'm trying to install it on my laptop now, and I get "your gameport or gameport drivers are not properly configured" Every time I try to add it to the list of game controllers. The list sees the Adaptor, but i can't get it to register the damn joystick!!!
