Right, now I was playing a game earlier today on Oman, and I decided to take a trip in the Mig. I came across this dude called Tazer{NZ} and he absolutely owned me in the F35... I did all possible manouvres including the Split S and he managed to stay on my tail with Easy. I use a joystick and I'd say im pretty successful when it comes to piloting, but dogfighting is my weak point. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could teach me a few things about dogfighting ..

There's no dogfighting in 1.41.

There's evade and right click.

1.12 is where it's truly at.

I know a guy that stayed on my tail with mig 29 and I was in f18. only thing I know is you make shorter loops at lower speed.

I have one of the best joysticks there is but still choose to use my mouse and keyboard. I mostly just fly the f35b and i know from flying these things that all you need to do is loop and eventually you will gain lock on the f35.
If your in a f35 and find a jet on you straight away do a split s to gain alt and do your dogfight up are around
650-700 ft than 250-300, You will find that the extra speed and roll rate will help you loose even the j-10.

You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.

i don't have any tactics to tell you, i always do move's that are very hard to describe.
most of the time i lose the guy of my tail, but sometimes you meet an aviator on the other team that absolutly owns in jets (even the f35). I met the aviators MaSila and [DDD]-Elite, those guys were imposible to lose.. respect to those guys.

Ive managed to get behind people even when their using a joystick (mouse/keyboard ftw ) its really easy i dont kno if this works for anyone but always look for the other plane and forget about bombing cause if u suck at bombing owning the other pilot 10 times in a row gives around 30 seconds to bomb, refuel, look for plane, and continue

oh yeh me to evade i found going round in circles and in mid air just do some flying like they do in topgun makes the other pilot bored and then following them and also spotting the plane just before you, use missles helps to but i guess sarge is the pro so i better keep schtum :X

hatred? on the contrary, they're just easy to kill retards. Only a J-10 who persistently keeps circling (but is clever enough to stop doing it if you give up in their sight) annoys me, but it just takes a bit longer really.

So thats why when I fire my missiles at a j10 they just bounce off. I have to right click! I always thought using the button on my joystick was safe.
