BF2S Forums New Monitor!

Dell Widescreens are pretty good IMO

i bought this one right before xmas... its ok... but keep in mind its widescreen so ya gotta muck with a bf2 fix

im actually going to futureshop tonight and what do u mean muck with a bf2 fix?

ontario unfortunatley.  and have u gotten it to work for bf2? it still looks good? doesnt stretch everything?

yeah i think i got it to work... either that or i just got used to the stretch :S ... widescreen is a bonus for multi-tasking if you dont have a dual monitor set up because ya still got oodles of screen space to abuse

another question:  if I go out and buy this tonight, could i go out in say a month to buy a second one and hook them up as dual monitors? and is it possible to hook up my current envision with the lifesgood widescreen to use as dual monitors?

i went to best buy yesterday and saw an awesome monitor.  now i normally shop newegg but i don't think they have it.  anyway, the monitor was a 19" NEC.  I can't remember the model number but you would know what i'm talking about if you saw it.  this thing was so glossy it was sick!!!  the monitor frame was white i think and even that was shiny.  every other monitor was on around this one and this took the cake.  it was $350.00 though.  if i could get $200 for mine i would definately spend the extra $150 for that bad boy.  Go to best buy and see what i'm talking about.  the monitor i have now is a 19" w/s hannsg from newegg.  less than $200 including shipping.  it gets the job done, but i wish i had that NEC.

Just got home with the LG widescreen 20.1 " monitor.  going to hook it up now
