Yeah, I don't know.  I run windows media player 10 on Windows XP Pro SP2 and I went to open it before and it says this...

So, I went and re-downloaded the Media Player 10 file from the Microsoft website and I get this shit...

Okay, whatever... So I tried at again and I get the same error message...


Any ideas?

I like the layout of 10 MUCH better though.  I tried 11 and didn't enjoy it.

Uninstall WMP in Add/Remove Programs, and then try installing again.

Yeah, tell me about it.  It's a good thing that my 60+gigs worth of music is on my backup harddrive, or else someone was getting stabbed.
