Okay almost all of us do it. We place a comfortable cushion on our computer chair. We crack open our favorite snack food and begin to open the first of many energy drinks. Have you ever wondered how much caffeine goes into them compared to soft drinks? Read the article and view the pdf file and you will be very surprised as to which has the most caffeine per oz. A karma point would be appreciated if you like this information.

Surprised? You can practically TASTE the stuff in there, quite apart from the extra high and the even worse comedown.
Though I think it may just be Powerade that tastes of caffeine, particularly when you're on the third bottle of the night at 6AM, don't want to sleep, and the energy drinks are the only thing keeping you awake.

I used to be hooked on caffiene of all types..

I went over the top and it completely fucked my body up, went to hospital with suspected heart condition, but found out that it was just my body in shock due to the amount of caffiene.

I now dont touch anything like that and i have mad muscle twitches as a result. The doctor says it destroys bones and buggers up the central nervous system.

So kids! Dont drink energy drinks! ... Use alcohol & nicotine instead!

huh, nearly every day i used to drink 1 liter of "boast" energy drink, if i play battlefield with out some caffiene in the morning i play crap, im 15 now, i know some one who got a litre of red rooster energy EVERY day, and sometimes throught the day.

I've been searching for the Cocaine energy drink, as I have heard so much about it.

the only time i have ever had energy drinks was when it was mixed with some jager. i dont rely on energy drinks or coffee or anything like that to keep me going. i have plenty of energy already

Vault is good, but it doesn't affect me at all.

Had two Red Bulls at a MLG tourny in NY. My friend's dad was a VIP, so therefore we all got VIP badges and shit. Free Red Bulls. They're nasty-tasting and they don't do anything at all to me. My friend was almost bouncing off the walls though.

Well caffeine is just the start of energy drinks. They put all sorts of shit in there. Taurine, an amino acid, a carbohydrate (glucuronolactone), about five teaspoons of sugar, per can! There are no studies to show how these ingredients react with each other, especially over prolonged amounts of time. I'm almost fully convinced that in 20 to 30 years, all of our docs are going to be saying, "You should NOT have drank that red bull." Cell Phones, Satellites, and Red Bull, we're so screwed. I just hope I don't get nut cancer, anything but nut cancer, haha.
