I think the best thing to do is get one through your cell phone provider so you can use it & keep the bill minimal. I had an HP that worked for almost 5 years until I dropped it in the river
Sony supposedly makes some really nice stuff but I have personally vowed never to ever buy anything made by Sony ever again.
