Northern Ireland has amongst the lowest tax contributions for any regions in the UK and has the highest proportion of spending there. We are fixing stuff up and are prepared to leave as soon as they ask us to. In Iraq the majority of people want the US gone (except for the Kurds), it's a different situation entirely.
