I take it you are talking about the mouse.
Maybe he means which side your character holds his gun on. In Battlefield 2 it's stuck on the right side, but in a game like, say, Unreal Tournament, you can choose left, right, or hidden (or "center" if you're completely whack).

go to options > advanced and its one of them options.
i've always used right hang. i tried switching to left but it just seemed kinda weird. i'm just so used to where the gun on the right is pointing.

I answered left hand, because that's where my mouse is. I use both sides on-screen, though. YAY DUAL PISTOLS!

right i once had it on left it was confusing for some reason i think its coz you use the actuall mouse with your right hand
yeah, it seems really weird having it on the left. im sure i could get used to it. im a lefty irl too, but i use my right-hand for my mouse...
i'm a lefty irl, and use the left hand for a mouse, but i use the gun right handed. it's just a habit.
I switch it constantly, depending on map, or should I say, depending on positions of my favorite defending positions
