Localization Help.

I have tried to get this to work for days but still can't get it right. I would like to move the "You were critically wounded" message either under the mini map or down to the very bottom. Anyone done this and got it to work? Would moving it under the mini map screw things up if I already have this message there?

yeah I tried that already. That is where I got the screen grab from. Still doesnt work.

If it works on one particular line of code, it will work for another line. Try it again, and follow the instructions step by step.

Anyone got a good Localization file, with like the names appear in orange ect.... I have downloaded the 2142 one from tupla's website. But I can't find the bf2 one. I didn't try searching as I don't know wut I am looking at lol

you can use the same spaces, no reason why it wouldnt work, just split the line into 2 the same way, you might have to straighten it up a bit with a space or two, i just never bothered because when im dead i dont care if the screens cluttered lol

if you want to make sure it doesnt clash with the existing message, just add 2 returns at the top and itll sit underneath.

I couldnt get any localisation working originally. I actually had to download a set, put them in the English folder and then they suddenly worked.
I tested it by putting my old original ones back in again, and it all defaulted back - even though they were edited a lot.
Never understood why, but with someone elses, Ive just edited them to how I want them basically.

I think the problem was it was clashign with the other message I had there. I moved one lower and now it works. Thanx. karma is I can figure it out.
