There was a CLK-GTR in Downtown Fine Cars (people from Toronto know what that is).  Me and my friends went and checked it out. Nice car. It was the only one in Canada, so it got a lot of attention. Some guy ended up buying it and taking it overseas.

There are places in the US where one can drive as fast as they want.  Montana or Wyoming or something.
