Hokay, so here I am playing my BF2142 and getting pizz-pwned on Tunis. So I decide to quit and check the temps on my  7600GT and I find myself over at the Clock Frequency page. I find this:

It's the same for 2D settings as well. I had it clocked to 615Mhz Core and 1.53Ghz mem. I can't change any of my settings relating to OC'ing. When I set it back to No Overclocking (eeewww) it displays the proper stock frequencys.

When I boot up ATiTools, the vid card reacts as usual, and I can still game.

Whats the deal, yo?

Specs incase you need them:

C2D E6700-1 GB DDR2-7600GT-160GBhd-anything else, just ask.

What driver set is that? Looks old.

Get something newer and download Rivatuner.

Those are the most recent drivers, I'm just using the old display panel.

And I would kind of like to fix this problem first rather than downloading something else, it's just more convienient to have everything in one spot.

Really?

All the more recent Nvidia drivers I've used have incorporated the Nvidia control panel.

It's the same on my 6600GT, my 7300GS, my 7600GT and my 8800GTS.

Are you sure you're running the latest drivers? Which version are they? Should be 93.71.

All newer drivers include the old Control Panel.

Inspect@hDeck,
Did this start happening after installing new drivers?

Nope, I checked them before the game and the temp, and then I went and played for a while, and when I came back and checked and they were at 0 and 0.

So something must have changed during the game.

Ahh. That makes sense.

Although I can't seem to be able to put mine into the old control panel. I've only tried on 8800 drivers though, maybe you can't with them, or maybe I just can't find the setting for it.
