I learned my lesson one night about mixing alcohal. Had a few shots of taquila, few more of apple pucker, then had almost a whole 24pk case of beer by myself. I stopped counting after about 15 or 16 beers. The next day was hell. Fuck that.

Funny...tonight I had Jose Cuervo crap and then on to the Herradura Anejo...for margaritas! I'm finding in my old age that I'm not as enamored with straight shots as I once was...even though I now sip Anjeo (like I sip Scottish Whisky...), I just don't like it as well as bourbon or whisky straight...
If I were to mix it other than a margarita, i think a tequila sunrise is my mix of choice (but NEVER do this with good anejo or I'll kill you myself...)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tequila
- 4 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Grenadine
- Glassware: Highball Glass
Mix both the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
