coming up to probably my last unlock as i don't play that much and can't see me ever getting up to 50,000.

I think the pistol works better in a ranged fight than the MP7 so I wouldn't unlock that if I was you.

Hmm... Dao or P90 would be my choices.

Well you'll have to unlock the DAO to get the P90, so I'd use the unlocks on them, I hate the MG36 just never works for me, not gave the mp7 much of a chance as I don't play engineer that much.

P90: weak and inaccurate. A waste of an unlock in my opinion.
MG36: a decent weapon but doesn't add much to the stock support weapon.
MP-7: I like it but it is pretty weak.
DAO-12: can do real damage close-up. Great shotgun.

DAO-12 is clearly the best weapon of all four, and it can add an extra dimension when you play Anti-Tank: you'll be able to pwn in close-up infantry fighting. The MP-7 can add longer-range effectiveness to an Engineer, but not much.

Which weapon you choose depends on which class you plan to play most, but it would be worth it to play more Anti-Tank just to use the DAO-12.

Everyone rags on the MP7, buts its badass......although if im gonna paddle someone and they have it, i usually know im gonna get them 90% of the time lol.

the DAO, like the other shottys is only powerful if you are within a short spitting distance of your opponent- otherwise you might as well throw rocks at the enemy- the P90 however is quite accurate and altho its ammo takes a couple of extra shots to kill, its higher rate of fire makes it a reasonable weapon for the short and med distance fights.

Itll never be an AK47 but its better than being caught with your pants down reloading something that has no reach.

No, the sound stayed the same. They changed:

The damage, (dunno the specifics)
the clip size, (used to be 20, now its 40)
and the spare magazine count. (4 spare to 2 spare)

I think the accuracy was worsened as well, to account for the extra bullets.
