my weapon won't shoot

a while a go, i complainned (in other forum) that my rifle didn't shoot when i got in to a fire fight, a lot people make fun abouth it (like, why you didn't trow your helmet)
maybe most of you already knows this or even there is a thread abouth this (but i'm a lazy latin stereorype)
when you hurt yourself going down the stair, going out of a moving car or jumping from somewhere high and shoot at that moment your weapon won't shoot
the other day i jumped from a stairs in iron gator, i was support and using the PKM, i saw a bunch of enemies unnaware of my presence, bun when i tryed to shoot (click,click) i couldn't because i hurt my self when i jumped so i got pwned
i hope this info would be usefull to the people who doesn't know

there's the 'pullout time' for each weapon... it should be in the wiki... anyways, thats how long it takes before you can shoot.

You do need to click the mouse in order to shoot.. Unfortuatly when you say "Shoot!!" it doesn't work, sorry about your luck and what you said is completely untrue..

That's not the same...

Drawtime means the time it takes from i.e. knfe to Pkm, when the gun is ready to shoot.
I have it sometimes too, and it's true what he says. But I don't know if it's from falling down the stairs. I thought it was from some kind of lag with the server or client side I dunno. It happens to some people, not often, but it does. And if it never happened to you don't say it's untrue, cuz U just dont no!

Hey, no funny about this. I think it's a bug. I've had this happen before.

Basically my left click just stops working. I can't fire my gun, or my pistol, I can't even fire a weapon in a vehicle that I get in.

I usually end up rebooting, or finding a different server.

I've also been on servers with friends where I can't use my unlocks but they can.

well ive had that happen alot of times. there is a glitch when you fall that sometimes you cant fire for a couple of seconds ...its not a "draw time" but a problem in the game ...seen it alot

Oh, Lord, you weren't kidding when you said that people like making fun of this problem, eh?

Anyway, from what I've experienced, it is TRUE that when you fall from an elevation high enough so that you take some damage when you land, you will be unable to shoot for a few seconds after landing. So yes, in the sense that going down the stairs too fast makes you take damage sometimes, you might be unable to shoot afterwards.

it has happened to me alot, once i wasted all my granades trying to kill a dude all of then disapeared
