I believe every second of this video, but I also believe they edited out all the people that got the right answers. If you try hard enough you can make a video like this in any country. It's just a little easier in the US.

In a country of about 260,000,000 people, of course you're going to find stupid people. Like the others have said above, editing can skew perception. You could do that trick in every country in the world and get the same result. In fact, in many countries it would be a lot easier to find your idiots (although I am not naming names).
