Shooting with the mounted mg doesn't count.
I ran over 4 people and rammed an enemy jeep. Both exploded, but I got the road kill. He got the XXX is no more.

You should try Wake Island, it's super easy there with all the PLA muppets waiting for the j-10 and the chopper.
Kubra is nice too, if USMC cap the airfield you can easily get the MEC guys waiting for their jets.
