Prone/Crouch/Stand Problem

Ok, i got a problem. When I play in IO servers, most of the time I will go prone then I will try to stand back up and i will go prone/stand/prone/stand over and over and I'm not even doing it, does anyone else have this problem? If so, could you post something about it.

Also is there anyway to stand real fast? I have heard that you can go crouch before standing up or going prone and that makes it faster, is it true or am I just getting screwed over in it?

If you need more detail about the prone/stand problem then I could make a short video of what I mean.

i also have a problem with zooming while sniping basically the same thing i zoom in then zoom out and i go back into zoom mode while trying run thus it slows me down and i die

I believe they fixed that in the last patched with the prone spammers and such. They increased the time you go from prone to stand so, you couldn't prone spam. Happens to me all the time. Yeah the crouch to stand is the most effective way IMO

Don't know about your first problem, but tapping crouch to stand is definately faster.

Ya I have Z as prone then I have space bar to stand up from going prone and to jump, but thats the problem when I press space bar from going prone it makes me stand up and go back down like 3 times in a row and it gets me killed all the time esp. when trying to revive someone or trying to get away before getting killed. I also have the problem about what weasel_thingo said, zoom in and out just by clicking it once.

Also, what settings in your video settings make you see father? I know having 100% view distance scale helps but what else? I have heard Geometry on high, Texture/Texture Filtering on high. Anything else?

As far as I know this is mostly a lag/latency issue; if that's so there's nothing you can do about it.

I get it too sometimes, as well as the zoom, unzoom, rezoom-for-no-reason (!) crap, even looking over iron sights. It may also be to do with the amount of RAM you have, as well as its speed.

This is mostly to do with your graphics card's raw power. My card, with the same settings someone else here uses, allows me to see only out to about 380-420m, while he can see out beyond 500. What card do you have?

Happens to me a lot when I go prone and try to immediately stand up. I have to press the prone button twice in a row to make it go faster.
