That makes no sense at all. I think I'll just stick to the tree + cloaking device and chameleon oiltanker...

Oh did you want that tank?

uh yea happen a couple times, when you get to the couple hundred times... than plz come and complain... Its happened ridiculous amounts of times to me, good thing about it is that I just totally avoid those areas now.. and you learn what parts of the heli can take bumps.. like if ur about to go straight into a wall.. go horizontal to the ground pulll up so u hit the bottom of the nose first into the building and you'll bounce off with either lil' or 50% damage

its that reflective armor... heli pilots always talk about

actually I ran into this one tree once, and I was thinking crap, I was a little to close to that tree, next thing I know my plane doesn't explode but it starts this turn, I some how recover taking 50% damage, and probably 120 degrees from where I was facing.
Something similar happened to me, I believe i hit a blackhawk with my left wing, it died and about 3 - 4 people in it with it and I got the kills I though I would die because it was a total accident I tried to break right but instead of exploding I took about 50% damage and started doing a 180 degrees turn

Gremlins. They first appeared in WWII when they were blamed for mysterious crashes, and all the symptoms are there.

My advice would be to jettison the cockpit and blow the furry bastard to hell with your standard issue handgun.

That happened to me once on karkland, I was driving down a road then BAM, my tank wrekage flies 30ft in the air and explodes, I know it wasnt a mine because I was playin on singleplayer, and there was no fighting in that area, plus I got the "player is no more" mesege

I know exactly what happens.

You hit a bird mid air, and it got sucked into your jet engine, tearing it to shreds.  This wasn't any normal bird - it was one of those fancy schamncy endangered species birds that have one of those big ass GPS system things they put on them to track them, and that is what fucked up your jet and made it explode.  It's a sad thing really, a man dies, a bird dies, and somehow, I died a little inside too.

what also sucks is standing still with you buggy waitin for some other dudes to get in and just as you're fully loaded and ready to go a chopper spawn on you.

This is probably the most annoying bug yet.

I was happening all night long in our server last night, choppers and jets both. Hell i was stalled directly above the dam in kubra and I just blew up. Nobody else in the air just me and my jet floating.

i've had this happen 3 times myself, the most recent time i was just getting ready to pull off the runway with a j-10, and boom, explodes.  no friendlies or enemies around, and the plane had just respawned so i know it wasn't c4'd.   'Oseriduun is no more.'    the other two times, its entirely possible i hit something, but i could've sworn i was at least 20ft above the treeline lol.  again.. oseriduun is no more.    i just got no luck flying
