Its part of a secret Russian Military project, part chernobyl throwback, part hairy little ginger kid. It waddles around giggling, then as you get close (out of sympathy or morbid curiousity) it starts spazzing out as seen in the pic, then detonates with 50 kilos of radioactive particles.
