There have been at least two instances I know of in which the karma delivery system has failed for me. The first such incident occurred before the new year when I received a karma that was "addressed" to another user. The intended receiver was not anywhere near my post on the page so the karma sender could not have made that mistake.
There have also been occurrences in which I have been told in a post "+1" and never received it. Now it could very well be that that person just said it and had no intention to give any and just approved of the text I wrote. Still, my first example is support for this minuscule problem.
Anyone else notice such a thing happening?
