When you get 200k points in BF2 how is it most everyone only shows 3 stars when playing instead of 4?

Only the top 50 in the world get promoted to 4-Star. The one's that are under Top 50 and are 4-Star were in the Top 50 at the start of a new month.
you need to have 3 star plus top 50 global score overall at the end of the month to get 4
You have to be among the 50 players in the world that have the most points.
