Does BF 2142 is Vista ready???

I saw an article on a website stating that BF2 was not working online because of punkbuster.

Is BF 2142 Will be ready for Vista (or at least PB)

If anyone is interested in Vista, i've found this article at Tom's Hardware:

Vista has backwards compatability with xp games like xp does for 98 and 95 same for dx and nearly every application you use.

I know about that famous search button. i used it but was not satisfied with what i found...

Anyway, about the framerate, go check that article i've put the link upward, they talk about performance with Vista....really interesting!

1) He's using the 64 bit version of Vista...And drivers are still in Beta for most video cards
2) Overall most video card drivers are still in Beta status and won't be final until the end of Jan. I wouldn't say there is an overall problem with Vista. I certainly haven't had any issues and I'm not running the latest in hardware either.

if there is going to be a heavy fps drop, it is mainly because of the DRIVER, not VISTA. Only a slight decrease with Vista if the driver was perfect. look at the article.
