Is it possible to crouch and stay that way without having to hold the button down?

I think theres a way to bind it, but i think you would find yourself getting stuck, when you want to run and you slowly squat away. In ANY FPS the idea is to move as much as possible, locking yourself into a position will get yourself raped.

face downward and press forward plus sprint or double tap forward....
meh, it would be way harder to crouch spam and it would probably cause EA to put more delays into the game which would make the hit boxes even worse/buggier
