I have a total of 954:25:26 hours played.

Theater breakdown shows

USMC 952:02:27
PLA    765:13:38
MEC   186:48:49

this adds up to allot more than 954:25:26 hours, or have I missed something here?

Not sure exactly but would imagine its something like if your on the USMC team then they are fighting in mec or china theater as well as American.

Exactly there is a difference between time in theatre and Army time.

Army time: time you have actually played with specific force.
Theatre time: time you played on map were specific force is present.

For instance you played two rounds in Karkand, 43 minutes as USMC and 26 minutes as MEC. That would tally as follows:

ArmyTime
USMC00:43:00
MEC00:26:00
Total00:69:00
TheatreTime
USMC00:69:00
MEC00:69:00
Total00:69:00

Hence USMC should be equal to total played time (BF2 without SF, EF, AF, …), because they are in every map.

What about that victim list?  I meen i actually look for one guy to hunt down each round (i.e if sum 1 goes to same aa on wake, i will go straight there in plane to kill him), yet he would fail to appear on my victims list, instead to be replaced by people i dont recognise ...

Any insight?

The wiki is your friend!

If that explanation is to sober;
If you are so unlucky to choose someone to pick and that is already a rotten carcass, well ... you need to kill him more.

Without mystifying idioms;
Someone will end up you on your favorite victim list when he is killed the most IAR by you. So if you would like more people on your list stalk players that have low 'killed by enemy X score'.

With some exemplary examples:

  • knightnifer Worst Enemy: kilburns8 (killed by him IAR: 10) => Bad Choice
  • jotu_4 Worst Enemy: GreenMoon51 (killed by him IAR: 5)  => Good Choice
  • Me                                                                                 => Bad Choice (I've been killed unough, don't you think)

Almost;   You need to kill X a number of times; more than anyone else on the server AND more than anyone else on any server before you In one round.
