Speakers+subwoofer!!!

Hi all,
I own an LG DVD player and it came with it 5 speakers+ a subwoofer, I don't usually use them. I just want to know if they work on my PC. BTW the end of the wires don't fit at the back of the PC, each speak/subwoofer has 2 wires( one black and one red).

Yes if you get a "2 rca to plug adapter". Something like this

You need an amplifier too though, if the speakers don't have one built in.

thats not right.

he's got the classic, no plug on the end kind. each one ends in just a wire.

Then get a separate rca plugs and attach them your self to the wires

Yes, you'd need 6 rca plugs and 3x "2 rca to 3,5mm plug" adapters or just 3 separate 3,5mm stereo plugs. The first way is probably easier way to connect the wires and the plugs aren't that expensive to buy, maybe around 0,5€ each (at least at the store I buy my stuff from here in Finland)

Have you also checked they cant be powered by the sub itself?
