Na that would be a real bad move it only has 512MB of RAM (Slow stuff for DDR2 aswell) and it also uses an integrated graphics card too which I should imagine aint much use either.
Me personally I would never buy a Dell again due to the most of the parts not being interchangable with normal ATX parts you buy from your computer shop, I swear buy building my own now it is dead easy to be fair and you end up with a way better machine than if you buy a premade jobbie.
But if you do have to buy a premade one look for places that build them with parts that are to a standard such as ATX then this way when you get some more money and you wanna upgrade it is easy rather than having to build a whole new system like I did when I realised my Dell was not good enoiugh for what I needed anymore. Cos the thing is see they make their cases to weird sizes which will only take certain MOBOs and then their PSUs are also wired up diffrent to the ATX standard, meaning if you wanna upgrade you need to buy the parts from Dell who charge you twice the price.

It's not gonna be great. Integrated graphics, Sempron CPU and 512MB RAM is pretty weak, but if it's better than what you've got now there's not much else you can do within your budget. Unless you can upgrade your current computer.
Well the Athlon CPU is only $20 more than the Sempron on that page in the link so that would be a much better option, but that still leaves the problem of to little RAM and integrated Graphics card, but like I say there is noway I would ever buy a Dell again anyways.
