was one on either youtube or google vid that i found not so long ago. its told of a code to type into your console that apparantly helped to fix the TV problem. if any body can find it on there please post it as i want to see if it actually worrks. cheers
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings
Go to that file and open the UserSettings file in Notepad (right click -> open with -> notepad)
Locate this line
SettingsManager.U32Set GSInterpolationTime 400
And change the 400 value to 100, while it's not 100% confirmed that it has a positive effect (and believe me me and many others have tried to figure it out) a lot of people have seen benefits.
While you're in there change the value of this line
SettingsManager.floatSet GSDefaultLatencyCompensation 0.100000
To the ping you usually get in your favourite servers.
The way that one works is if you have a 30-40 ping on your favourite server set change it so it reads
SettingsManager.floatSet GSDefaultLatencyCompensation 0.035000
Go to that file and open the UserSettings file in Notepad (right click -> open with -> notepad)

cheers for the help dude. 1+
towelly does that actually work?
why is mine magically 100 without every changing it?
towelly, that is the biggest load of crap ever, interpolation is set to 100 by default. Go to BF2 help (subsection) and read my sticky..
I've seen HitReg improvement personalizing these settings but Towelly's info is just a general rule of thumb. I spent a good hour modifying/joining a game/exiting before I saw any difference. But yes, in many cases this has improved HitReg, if only slightly.

I saw that vid, tried it with TONS of different settings. Thay all managed to make it worse, haha. After I changed them, I couldn't even hit a stationary chopper. Suffice it to say, I just left it alone.
