So SP1 is already in the works, big surprise. It has to come sometime. Looks like it mostly has to do with hibernation issues, and nothing to do with security as that article implies.

I don't make use of hibernation, so I don't see the need for the "sky is falling" hype that people are intent on generating.
Even though I'm getting a Vista upgrade(with OEM XP Pro purchase) I'm didn't intend to install it until much later on, but with all the pissing and moaning people are doing I might do so earlier than planned just to see if all the fuss is warranted.

Do you recall a OS release that went smoothly? No, because there wasn't one. They release, and find tons of bugs.... because it is now being tested on millions of computers with even more different components and combinations of such.
So give em 6 months and let them work out the bugs.

I want to jump onto the OMGZ microsoft suxxorz bandwagon too, but I won't because I'm not an idiot. I want these anti everything apathetic son's of bitches to design a software product that is as versatile as windows and then tell me how easy and simple it is. Furthermore, how about we just stick with OS if you don't like progress; retards.
